At the moment you create a GamersBook account or you sign up for any other gamers book services or promotions, that require registration data, we will ask for your personal information (name, email, account and password). We may combine the information you submit under your account with information from other GamersBook services or third parties in order to provide you a better experience and improve the quality of our site services. We do not sell or rent any personal information to other companies, individuals or third parties unless you show willing to do that.

The only way we will accept to share your information is in the case that:
- You approve to do it
- We are required by law or we have strong belief it's necessary in order to protect sole property and rights of GamersBook, other website users or the public.

In case you have your own GamersBook account, information is shared only under circumstances written above. Giving informations to other non-affiliated websites, companies will be done only under your approval and when mentioned subjects agree to oblige this agreement and privacy policy.

2. Cookies
When you visit GamersBook, we send one or more cookies - (a small file that contains a string of characters which identifies your computer browers. We use them with the purpose of improving quality of our web services, to store your user preferences, track your unique trends. 3. Saved information
By using the GamersBook website you agree that our servers can record automatically some information that is being sent by your web browers. Those logs can be information about your web request, IP adresses,
browser type and the language you use.

- Your information is stored and processed in Croatia and maybe be processed and collected in every part of world where we have our business touch or agents.
- In case our website is being sold or transfered to any third party we will give you a notice before any your personal information is being transferred to a different privacy policy.
- Information that may be shared among others is a list/number of clicks on website advertisments or number of people who searched for particular tags/terms.
- We care about our members and we take appropriate security measures to make them protected against unauthorized actions. Among our employers your personal information is shared only in case to develop or improve our services and it's made on a restricted base.
- The privacy policy can be changed as time passes and there can be minor or major changes but you will be notified about that. Those changes will be posted on GamersBook and in case there are bigger privacy policy changes there will be a more prominent notice.
