Hitman Movie Gets First Trailer

February 11, 2015 5

Hitman: Agent 47, the upcoming movie based on the Hitman series of games, just got its first trailer. The new film is separate from the 2007 version with Timothy Olyphant , and everyone's favorite bald-headed assassin is played by Rupert Friend this time.

The two minute long trailer suggest that, just like in the previous movie, 47 drops the stealth approach and goes guns blazing, so people expecting to see the "silent assassin" at work will probably end up disappointed. The movie is scheduled to release on August 28, 2015. Check out the trailer below.

Well, the problem with hitman movie adaptations is, all of the agents are too skinny. On the other hand our Agent 47 is a big guy.
C'mon guys, give us a muscular agent.

ok a few thoughts come to mind
1. once again the actor looks nothing like 47
2. a guy helps a girl run from a near immortal badass? ... Terminator anyone?
3. lets at least hope it wont suck as the last one did :S
Im still happy to see a favorite game charecter in a movie though.

It makes me a little sad when I have the chance to have the game Hitman: Absolution.
