DayZ creator Dean Hall has released a lengthy gameplay video for the standalone edition of DayZ.

The video is offered with the explanation that several bugs are evident in the footage, and that the team is still working to iron them out ahead of the game's release.

 "Our whole focus is on getting the alpha out, which means focusing on Multiplayer (server) performance," Hall wrote.

DayZ has no solid release date, with the team claiming it will release only when it's ready. Its recent appearance on Steam's Early Access database suggests an alpha will be ready soon.
