After a long period of alpha and closed beta testing, Blizzard announced that Heroes of the Storm has now entered open beta, making it available to everyone. You can grab the game client from the download section of your battle.net account.

Despite being open to the public, this is still in beta so Blizzard plan to further tweak and change the game before release.

"Kindly keep in mind that Open Beta is still not final release, and we will be closely monitoring the game to ensure a positive play experience for everyone," states in the announcement.

"Should one-too-many brawlers try to cram through the Nexus Portal at once, you may encounter a queue when attempting to log in to the client. Not to worry, however, as the wait should be brief, and you’ll be back to crushing opponents in no time."

Heroes of the Storm will be officially released on June 2nd, preceded by a live streamed launch event in London.
